2. Greeting customers. When the vehicle stops, the Refueller takes the initiative to greet the customer, remind the customer to put out the engine, inquire and confirm the variety, quantity and settlement method required by the customer.
3. Open the urea box cover. Help to open the urea cover after consulting the customer's consent.
4. Preparations. Open the main valve under the ton filling barrel, reset button on the filling gun to zero, and remind customers that the filling machine has returned to zero.
5. Adding urea. Insert the filling gun into the urea box, open the filling body switch, pinch the filling gun, and pay attention to the number of filling guns.
6. Cover urea box cover. After urea filling, the Refueller takes the initiative to cover the urea box cover for customers, shut off the power supply of the filling machine body, and close the main valve under the ton filling barrel.
7. Settlement of payments. Car urea is paid according to the price of the day.
8. Lead out of the station. Fuellers are energetic, smiling and polite to guide vehicles out of the station.
